Riedo Rx PDF offers access to the Riedo PDF Editor and related modules, including premium plan features, as a digital subscription service. Access may be sold through Pro, Enterprise, or other commercial plans approved by the company.
Subscription access is delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, and no warehouse-style product return process applies to the service.
2. Billing, Renewal, and Charge Timing
- Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to a separate enterprise commercial arrangement.
- Charges are due at the start of the applicable billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Where automatic renewal applies, the subscription may renew for successive billing periods until canceled before the next renewal date.
- Taxes, banking charges, exchange differences, or processor fees may apply where required by law or payment method.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid billing information and ensuring that payment methods remain current.
3. Cancellation Rules
You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the applicable plan terms or commercial agreement. Unless otherwise specified in a separate enterprise contract:
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current active billing period ends.
- Cancellation does not automatically create a refund outside the 14-day money-back guarantee or another written exception approved by Riedo Rx PDF.
- Enterprise subscriptions negotiated under custom order forms may include different notice periods, billing commitments, or service terms.
4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For eligible premium subscriptions, Riedo Rx PDF offers a 14-day money-back guarantee beginning on the original date of purchase.
Eligibility conditions
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
- The request must come from the account holder, billing contact, or another person authorized to act on behalf of the purchasing organization.
- The guarantee applies to qualifying first-time premium subscription purchases unless otherwise restricted by a custom enterprise agreement.
If approved, the refund generally covers the qualifying subscription charge paid for that initial purchase period. Refunds do not create ownership rights in downloaded content, custom services, or negotiated enterprise deliverables beyond what is required by law or written agreement.
5. Situations That May Be Non-Refundable
Unless required by law or expressly approved by Riedo Rx PDF in writing, the following situations may be excluded from refund treatment:
- Requests submitted after the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
- Renewal charges incurred after the customer did not cancel before the next billing date.
- Custom enterprise agreements, negotiated implementation work, or bespoke commercial commitments governed by separate signed documents.
- Charges arising from misuse, abuse, policy violations, payment disputes made in bad faith, or materially false purchase information.
- Third-party charges not retained by Riedo Rx PDF, including certain taxes, banking fees, or processor surcharges where not recoverable.
6. Refund Review and Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise required by law or limited by processor capability.
- Refund review may require verification of billing ownership, subscription status, and purchase timing.
- Once approved, processing times may vary depending on payment provider, issuing bank, card network, and regional settlement systems.
- Access to premium features may be limited, downgraded, or removed after a refund is processed.
7. Digital Delivery and No Physical Shipping
The service is delivered electronically through website access, account provisioning, and browser-based application functionality. Because there is no shipment of physical goods, traditional shipping timelines, return labels, carrier issues, warehouse receipts, or parcel claims do not apply.
